Hello all:

We are at the halfway point of the year, and whether you're on track to hit your goals for 2011, well ahead, or a little behind, I offer the following three actions to help you finish the year strong:

1. **Do an organizational checkup** ([click here](http://r20.rs6.net/tn.jsp?llr=9h7yumcab&et=1106282882848&s=779&e=001cH1Zp5geeT1mzMkRlUgTYB9hiNDsdfvMMKDFpXDfxqvOT-FMKhZj9coK3twurvGG05oWmtldIWa6J_7rrA7KcDLgmsk48cw70GVIKFp0M29-0VX83QTa_4FcfuYBOMmKBQrOxbsWNAJcS7CuJPd9etNTluxhUaQ4aKl-FVNExuc=)) to ensure that you're firing on all cylinders and doing the basics well. Most successes are due to executing the basics consistently.

2. **Do a thorough review of your 2011 goals with your leadership team.** To do this right takes about 30 to 60 minutes. In the meeting, state each goal and confirm that three things are true of each:

- It is crystal clear to all
- It is absolutely still the right goal for 2011
- It is on track to be 100 percent complete by December 31

This will lead to great discussions, debates, clarity, and actions.

3. **Project, forecast, and predict the rest of the year** **well**. Up and over reviewing your specific goals, look at financial projections, pipeline forecasts, expense trends, people capacity, and client satisfaction to confirm that you have everything you need and are well-positioned for a strong finish.

Treat the above three actions as a smorgasbord: Take what you want, and leave what you don't. Do one, two, or all three of them to ensure you'll make 2011 a year to be proud of.

Let us know if we can help in any way.

At EOS Worldwide, we now have 28 Implementers around the United States. *Traction* has sold more than 15,000 copies. The manuscript for the new book *Get a Grip* is complete and should be published by early 2012.

Thanks for all of your support.

Stay focused,
 Gino
