Having participated in numerous training/certification sessions over my career I can honestly say the EOS Certification is at the top of my list for quality, content and outcomes. Here is why it was one of the best: · - The two of you took our time and financial commitment to heart and did not waist a second with late starts, unnecessary long breaks or lunches and unfocused discussions. - During the first two days we were provided with a good solid grounding in the EOS core elements with access to ask questions and get answers directly from Gino and yourself. - The two of you did not hold back and gave us honest, growth oriented feedback, challenging us to strive toward mastery of EOS. Attending the EOS quarterly session was invaluable. I gained more insight into the EOS process than I could have ascertained in months without this session. The wealth of talent in that room was incredible. I made connections that would have taken years to make and even though it was hard to keep my mouth shut and ears open it was the best request you could have made.
