Please do a detailed review of your annual goals (ideally with your leadership team) to make sure all of your goals are on track and at least 50 percent complete. In this Clarity Break, I’d like to give you two short and sweet high-impact tools to help you finish the year strong. And now, on to the tools: **Tool #1 – Compartmentalizing**. This first tool will help you manage all of your “stuff” and help you get more done in less time. If you’re normal, you’re wrestling with 136 things (aka “stuff”). By compartmentalizing all of that “stuff,” you’ll actually free up energy and time for yourself, your team and your company while maximizing your efficiency and productivity, therefore finishing the year strong (and every year after, for that matter).
